Moving your body is one of the best ways to improve your mood and your health, and that’s what this challenge is all about. No magic. No wizardry. Just 4 weeks of workouts built for any time and any location. All you need are a few pairs of dumbbells (or kettlebells). There's defined rest days built in, but obviously you can decide what works best for you! I've also included a simple warmup and cooldown, so I encourage you to include those videos as well if you have the time. Simply watch the videos, and let's get moving to be a better you!
