The key to seeing results in the gym is Nutrition. Most people are willing to spend hours at the gym working out, but spend virtually no time on their nutrition. I mean, I get it, it's way more fun to sweat it out to your favorite music than to watch what you eat! I see people everyday working their butt off, but never look any different! But the truth is, you could probably cut your workout time in half, spend more time on your nutrition, and have the body you've always wanted! 

 

To build the body you've always wanted, you have to know exactly what you should be feeding it! It's also possible to eat super healthy, and still not see results! Why? Because you're not eating your calories in the right proportions. This is the exact Nutrition Guide I use for myself and my family to GET RESULTS!

What Are Macros?

Macros are simply what makes up the total calories of food, that is Protein, Carbs, and Fat! Each of these macronutrients accounts for a certain amount of calories (see infographic below). But don't start freaking out at the thought of having to count calories! That's the beauty of Macros...you only need to know those 3 little numbers (in grams) that you need to hit for the day. Macros are NOT a diet!!

Counting Macros is just a super simple way of eating your calories in the correct proportions for your particular goals. Let's be honest, most of us never learned how to eat correctly. We all learned how to find the hypotenuse of a triangle, but we didn't actually learn how to feed ourselves! Think of Macros not so much as a "diet," which sounds restrictive; but more as a life lesson that you never learned. It may seem a little daunting at first (hopefully you'll find that my Macros Blueprint makes it super simple), but once you get it, it'll be easy to hit your macros. Over time, you may not even want or need to count...you'll just know how much you should be eating!
