What is my Fitness Blueprint?
My Fitness Blueprint consists of daily programmed workouts, using either dumbbells or your own bodyweight, that can be completed in around 20 minutes or less! Using the concept of "varied" programming, your body stays on high alert for what's next! And because these workouts are "HIIT" style, you'll burn more calories than a traditional workout. What do I need to get started!
You don't need a lot to get started! For the bodyweight track, all you need is a commitment to get healthy, and a 6' x 6' space! For the dumbbell track, you'll just need some dumbbells. Most workouts will have a prescribed weight of 35lbs for women, and 50lbs for men. I would suggest a set of 15lb, 25lb and 35lb dumbbells for women; and 35lb, 50lb and 70lb dumbells for men.
