After the age of forty, adding muscle 💪🏻 and losing fat takes a bit longer than in your teens and 20’s 😢.
👉🏻The most important tip I could give you is to be CONSISTENT and don’t try to tackle everything at once. Pick a few things you can start to incorporate today, and just start. After you successfully and consistently do those things for several weeks, add in a few more. Over time, all the small changes will add up to big RESULTS!
Always check with a doctor 🥼before starting any new nutrition or fitness program.
