✅ Eat several small meals 🥘 throughout the day (5-6). By eating every few hours, you keep your metabolism revved 🔥 up and burning calories in between meals. Starving yourself will do the opposite. Your metabolism will slow down and hang on to fat. 😬


✅ Increase your protein 🥩 intake. Protein keeps you feeling fuller longer. Plus, you need extra protein to build muscle.


✅ Get 7-8 hours of sleep 😴 🛏 each night. Rest and recovery are important because that is when muscles are built.


✅ Drink 8-10 glasses🚰of water each day. Water is a natural appetite suppressant. Water can help to take up space in the stomach, so you will feel fuller and reduce hunger.


✅ Do some form of physical 🏋️‍♀️ activity everyday. I prefer weightlifting and HIIT style workouts. Weightlifting will help you to put on a little muscle and give a nice shape and tone to your physique. A bonus to weightlifting is that muscle burns more calories while at rest!
