10 Minute Ab and Core At Home Workout - Bodyweight Only

This is an At Home Ab and Core Workout that has just two movements - Russian Twists and Ab-mat Sit-Ups! The Russian Twists will set those obliques and lower abdominals on FIRE! Trust me, the sit-ups are going to be the easier of the two movements! Can you take the burn? Let me know in the comments below!

For reference, I was only able to get 20 sit-ups in the first round. As you’ll notice by the number in the top-hand part of the screen, I was only able to get about 10 reps per round thereafter.
