Booty Workout: 5 Rounds for Quality

Check out this weeks booty 🍑 workout. Make sure to warm-up and get your glutes activated. I like to use a band to really get the glutes fired🔥up!
5 rounds for Quality:
(Use the heaviest dumbbell 💪🏻you can while maintaining good form)
✅ 10 Cossack squat with dumbbell (each leg)
✅ 20 Banded glute bridges (squeeze at the top and hold for a second or two)
✅ 15 Goblet squats
