This YouTube video is an at home abs workout to help you get a flat stomach. Today, we have just 3 movements that will burn your lower abs! We’re going to work for 45 seconds, and then rest for 15 seconds.


Keep your lower back flat on the floor

Keep your arms at a 45 degree angle flat on the floor

Workout Description

Every 1 min for 9 mins, alternating between:

Flutter Kick 45 secs

Legs in Air Toe Touch 45 secs

Scissor Kick 45 secs

It’s important to warm-up before you workout! So just go ahead and do this one
