Take a 5 minute action toward your health!


Take 5 minutes today and do something good for your health ๐Ÿ–!


Decide what one thing you can do today to begin to improve your health. Make it something that you think you could start doing pretty easily. Start to incorporate the habit into your daily life.


Instead of overhauling your entire life in one day, just start small and see what happens. Every 2 weeks or so, add in a new action.


Examples:


๐Ÿ‘‰ Park ๐Ÿš™ at the end of parking lot to increase your daily steps


๐Ÿ‘‰ Take the stairs instead of the elevator everyday


๐Ÿ‘‰ Drink a glass of water๐Ÿšฐ when you wake up each morning


๐Ÿ‘‰ Take a multi-vitamin ๐Ÿ’Š each day


๐Ÿ‘‰ Switch out fruit ๐Ÿ for a sugary snack each day


๐Ÿ‘‰ Add in a vegetable ๐Ÿฅ• at one meal a day


๐Ÿ‘‰ Take a walk ๐Ÿšถโ€โ™€๏ธat lunch


You get the point . The one thing I chose to do a while back was start doing Crossover Symmetry every morning before I workout. If you donโ€™t know what that is, it is a set of bands and exercises to help strengthen and activate your shoulder and back muscles. I was pulling a muscle in my upper back every few months and it would keep me from doing the daily workout. Once I began doing Crossover Symmetry everyday, it hasnโ€™t come back ๐Ÿ™Œ๐Ÿผ It only takes 5 minutes a day, but what a big difference that one action made!
