It’s Saturday, and you know what that means...time to work my booty🍑. Following my 12 week Booty Blueprint, I like to spend one day a week doing a maintenance workout!
Even though I’m in my 40’s now, I still want a shapely booty (and @mattstersrx doesn’t seem to complain 😉 ). I like to superset my heavy barbell 🏋️♀️ hip thrust with banded hip abductions for an intense burn 🔥. I make sure I eat in the right proportions 🥩🍚🥑 to promote muscle growth 💪🏻. I’ve seen great results, and you can too👊!
