The booty is a muscle, just like any other muscle in your body. The same principles apply for growing your booty as they do for any other muscle. The keys to muscle growth are progressive overload and good nutrition.
If you’re not eating enough, your body can’t build muscle. If you’re eating too much, your booty will loose shape. So, what’s important is that you’re eating in the right macro nutrient ratio for your specific goal.
If you aren’t lifting heavy enough weights or just using bodyweight or bands, you will have minimal results. If you’re going to dedicate the time to build your booty, why not get the biggest bang 🧨 for your buck. Try to push yourself with the weights. 🏋️♀️ You will get the quickest results that way!
