Be okay with being uncomfortable 😬
You’ve heard the saying, “What doesn’t kill 💀you makes you stronger”.
It’s in these times when we experience discomfort, that we grow 🌱 as individuals. If you have set a weight loss or fitness goal 💪🏻, expect that in order to achieve it, you may experience discomfort 😬
Expect that you won’t always be motivated to go to the gym 👟. Expect that if you do make it to the gym, you may feel tired 😰 when you’re done (or before you even start, for that matter)!
If you’re trying to lose weight, expect that you’ll have times when you feel hungry. The more discomfort you’re okay with, the more change you will be able to withstand.
Change brings about results. You can’t just transform your body by snapping 👌 your fingers, it’s going to take some discomfort, but it will be worth it in the end 👊!
