This YouTube video is an at home Back Workout. In this intense 15 minute back workout, we’re going to hit your upper back, lower lats, and lower back.


Workout Description

3 Rounds of 4 Exercises 40 secs of work followed by 20 secs of rest for 15 mins (Tabata style) Equipment Needed: Dumbbells

Superman Hold

Renegade Row

Reverse Fly
