Your booty's gonna 🔥BURN🔥 in this RESISTANCE BAND BOOTY WORKOUT AT HOME! Using only resistance bands, we're going to activate those glutes for 3 minutes before repping out some serious hot reps for 20 minutes! Simply follow along and pause whenever you need to!


For this booty band workout, you're going to need two resistance bands. For reference, I'm using a smaller 12" heavy band, and one 82" "light" (15lb - 35lb resistance).
