20 MIN HARDCORE WORKOUT | CORE AND OBLIQUE WORKOUT


In this 20 min hardcore workout with dumbbells, we're going to be working our abs, obliques, and back! Today, we have a total of 10 exercises. We'll be doing two total rounds, so we get lots of reps to tone our abs and core. We'll be performing each exercise for 45 seconds, with a 15 second rest. Feel free to take more rest if you need to by simply pausing the video. I've also included a 2 min warmup.
