30 MIN ALL STANDING LEAN LEGS WORKOUT with WEIGHTS


In this 30 Min All Standing Lean Legs Workout with Weights, we're going to be working our legs to get lean and toned! Today, we have a total of 2 rounds consisting of 15 exercises. We'll be performing each exercise for 40 seconds, with a 20 second rest in between each exercise. During the 20 second rest period, you'll see a demo of the upcoming exercise. I've included a 3 minute warmup to get our legs nice and warm before we workout. Feel free to take more rest if you need to by pausing the video.
