In this 30 Min ARMS SHOULDERS and ABS with Dumbbells at Home Workout, we're going to be performing a total of 5 circuits. We'll be doing two exercises in each circuit a total of 2 times, followed by an ab finisher after each circuit. We'll be performing each exercise for 40 seconds, followed by 20 seconds of rest.
