This YouTube video is a 30 minute full body training workout with circuits. This full body workout includes circuits to work your LEGS, BOOTY and ABS! For this workout, I'm using a kettlebell, but you can use a dumbbell if you don't have a kettlebell! For reference, I'm using a 15lb and 20lb kettlebell.
