In this 30 min full body HIIT workout with weights, we're going to be using lighter weights so we can amp up the intensity! Today, we have a total of 28 different exercises to keep our bodies on high alert. We'll be performing each exercise for 45 seconds, with 15 seconds of rest. Feel free to take more rest if you need to by pausing the video. For reference, I'm using a pair of 8lb dumbbells.
