In this 45 min full body workout, we're going to be using the Tabata format of 20 seconds of hard work, with 10 seconds of rest to torch some fat 🔥! The Tabata workout consists of 4 different circuits, containing 5 exercises in each circuit. We'll be performing each exercise for a total of 2 mins in the Tabata format (20 secs on/10 secs off). I've included 60 seconds of rest in between each circuit (trust me, you're going to need it)! Feel free to pause the video and take more rest if you need too! #fullbodyworkout #fitover40 #fitness
