Grab a pair of dumbells and some water, and let take this 500 Rep Full Body Challenge together! We're going to tackle 10 different exercises that will challenge your entire body. We're going to work your legs, shoulders, back, chest, arms, abs and booty! You're going to feel incredible after you're done, but you may need a nap ;-)
Simply follow along, and pause whenever you need to! I've included a rep counter at the bottom right, so you can see where you're at!
For reference, I'm using 10lb and 20lb dumbbells.
