6 Weeks to Washboard Abs - Not so fast!! ⬇️⬇️⬇️
We’re bombarded on a daily basis with quick fixes and fad diets. Promises 🌈 to make all our poor choices over the past 25 years go away with a magical fat burning pill💊 or a packaged workout program. That sounds great, but I think we all know that we didn’t put on weight overnight, and it’s not realistic to think we can take it off overnight🌙.
The media and advertisers feed us what we want to hear👂🏻, with the hope that we’ll get suckered in and make a purchase🛍. The bottom line is, THERE ARE NO QUICK FIXES! It comes down to hard work 💪🏻 and consistency. You can do crunches until your blue in the face, but if you’re not lean enough, you ain’t ever going to see those abs!
If you’ve ever been out and seen someone with a fabulous physique, I can guarantee you, they work hard to have that physique. I have a whole new appreciation when I see a middle-aged woman (or anyone for that matter) 👩 with a killer body...mad RESPECT ✊ .
When we’re in our 20’s, we can get away with poor nutrition choices and still have good results. Gravity is on your side. Fast forward 20 years, and those advantages are out the window💨. Fat sits where we never had it before, and our booty’s, well they’ve headed south ⬇️ for the winter ☃️. That is unless we begin to make changes to our health through nutrition 🍽 and fitness🏋️♀️.
