Ab Workout at Home | 360 Degree Plank Workout | 12 Minute Abs

This YouTube video is an at home ab workout utilizing plank exercises. We’re going to work in a Tabata style - 40 seconds on, and then rest for 20 seconds for a total of 3 cycles.

Workout Description

3 x 40 secs 40 secs of work followed by 20 secs of rest for 3 intervals

Plank, Right Side

20 secs rest
