Workout Description
Complete 4 cycles of the following movements:
40 seconds Bent Over Rows
20 seconds rest
40 seconds Alternating Front Rack Lunges
20 seconds rest
40 seconds Tuck-Ups
20 seconds rest
40 seconds Push Press
It’s important to warm-up before you workout!
This at home workout will build muscle and strength in your back, butt, legs and abs using just dumbbells. For reference, I’m using 20lb dumbbells for the Bent Over Rows and Push Presses; and a 25lb dumbbell for the lunges.
