HIIT Workout for Booty, Abs and Shoulders with Dumbbells


This YouTube video is an at home HIIT workout to grow your booty, abs and shoulders! We’re going to work in a Tabata style - 40 seconds on, and then rest for 20 seconds for a total of 5 cycles.


Workout Description


5 x 40 secs 40 secs of work followed by 20 secs of rest for 3 intervals


Alternating Double Dumbbell Lunges, pick load

20 secs rest

Alternating Dumbbell Snatches, pick load

20 secs rest

Overhead Dumbbell Hold, Right Arm

20 secs rest

Overhead Dumbbell Hold, Left Arm

20 secs rest
