I TRIED CHRIS HEMSWORTH'S 26 MIN BODY WEIGHT HIIT WORKOUT


In today's follow along workout, we're going to be doing Chris Hemsworth's 26 min body weight workout! Chris posted this workout on IG a few days ago, and it looked like a fun one to try!


In this no equipment, body weight only workout, we'll be doing 1 complete circuit of 5 intervals; and we'll be doing the circuit 4 times. Each interval consists of 2 exercises. The first exercise will be performed for 30 seconds, followed immediately by a 20 second exercise; then, we'll take a 20 second rest before the next interval. After we complete the circuit once, we'll take a 60 second rest (trust me, you'll need it)!! Feel free to take more rest if you need to by pausing the video.

Arm Circles-60 sec (Forward 30 sec/ Backwards 30 sec)

Inchworms-30 sec

Air Squat-30 sec

Alternating Reverse Lunge-30 sec


Workout: Repeat the whole circuit 4 times. Rest as needed!


Switch-30 sec (modified to Squat Jump w/Quarter Turn)

Plank Get-Up-20 sec

REST- 20 sec


Burpee-30 sec

Toe Crunch-20 sec

REST-20 sec


Mountain Climber to Elbow-30 sec

V-Sit Knee Bend-20 sec

Prisoner Squat-30 sec
