All you’re going to need for this workout is a kettlebell. For reference, I’m using a 20lb and 25lb kettlebell
As with all my workouts, we’re targeting specific muscles and doing a lot of reps over the course of the workout, so you’ll be sure we’re growing those legs!
The timer will be set for the usual duration of 40 seconds on, with 20 seconds of rest in between each exercise.
Remember, you can tailor my workouts to make them as hard or easy as you want just by adjusting the weight of the dumbbells. On some of the workouts, you may even choose to just use your bodyweight!
