NEW YouTube Video Just Dropped! Full Body HIIT Workout at Home with Dumbbells or Bodyweight


This YouTube video is an at home full body hiit workout that you can do with dumbbells or your own bodyweight to help you burn calories fast. Today, we have a just 4 movements that will burn calories fast! We’re going to work in a Tabata style - 40 seconds on, and then rest for 20 seconds.


Tips You don’t have to use dumbbells for this workout

Work on trying to go parallel when you squat

When doing push-ups, try to touch your chest to the ground, and keep your arms at a 45 degree angle

Keep your lower back flat on the floor when doing the leg raises


Workout Description "Tabata" 4 x 40 secs The Tabata interval is 40 secs of work followed by 20 secs of rest for 4 intervals


Dumbbell Squat, pick load

20 secs rest

Dumbbell Lunges, pick load

20 secs rest

Leg Raises

20 secs rest

Push-ups

20 secs rest


For reference, I used 25lb dumbbells
