This YouTube video is a Full Body Resistance Band Workout you can do at home to tone and sculpt those muscles.


This 20 Min full body resistance band workout consists of 20 different exercises (NO REPEATS) to keep it fun and interesting.


The timer will be set for 50 seconds on, with 10 seconds of rest in between each exercise.
