Total Body at Home Workout Bodyweight Only HIIT

In this Total Body Workout, we’re going to be working our cardio, legs, arms, shoulders and our abs! We’re just using our bodyweight here, so keep the intensity high.


TIPS/MODIFICATIONS

For the sit-ups, I suggest using an abmat (which you can get here https://amzn.to/3lGaa8n) or a towel.

For the Russian Twists, you can touch your heels to the floor if you find the movement too challenging.


Remember, you can tailor my workouts to make them as hard or easy as you want just by adjusting the weight of the dumbbells. On some of the workouts, you may even choose to just use your bodyweight!
