TOTAL BODY HIIT WORKOUT


In this 30 Min Total Body HIIT Workout, we're going to be performing a total of 5 circuits. We're going to be doing each circuit 2 times before moving on to the next circuit; and we'll be performing each exercise for 40 seconds, with 20 seconds of rest. Feel free to take more rest if you need to by pausing the video. For reference, I'm using a pair of 10lb and 15lb dumbbells. Feel free to use lighter (or heavier) dumbbells.
