40 seconds Air Squat with Hip Abduction

20 second rest

40 seconds Bulgarian Split Squat (Alternating legs each round)

20 second rest

40 seconds Glute Bridge

20 second rest

40 seconds Lunges


This at home booty workout will tone and define your booty with minimal space and no equipment. Trust me, even though this is bodyweight only, you’ll be feeling the burn in all the right places!


Note:

If you don’t have a bench, you can simply use an ottoman or chair!
