The truth is that any type of body composition change (losing fat or gaining muscle) depends MORE on diet than it does on working out and lifting weights. If you’re going to commit the time ⏰ to go to the gym or workout from home on a consistent basis, why not get the most out of all your hard work. I workout 5-6 hours a week total. That includes warm-ups and lots of chit chat 🗣. The real magic 🎩 happens in the kitchen🍴.
